About our drag brunch events
When does the event start and end?
Our events begin at 12p and end at 2p.
When do I need to arrive?
Our doors open at 11:00a. We highly encourage to arrive early to place orders and avoid long serving times.
What happens if I arrive late?
We may forfeit your seats. If Arriving after 12p we will seat you based on availability.
What if I don't show up to my reservation?
You will be subject to a fee of $25 per seat. Do let us know if you are no longer able to make your reservation by emailing us at rsvp@lapergolaseattle.com to avoid this fee within 48 hours of us confirming your reservation.
where is the event?
Events are held in Downtown, 89 University St, Seattle.
Do I need to buy food?
Yes, a purchase of an entree is required, if no entree is purchased a $15 fee will be applied to your bill per confirmed seat.
About our bottomless mimosas.
A full entree is required per any guest that is purchasing bottomless mimosa.
Are reservations free?
We charge $14 per seat.
Do you offer refunds?
We are not able to offer a refund once we confirm and process your payment.
Who does the cost go to?
Cost goes directly to the DJ and the performers.
What happens if an event is canceled or sold out?
We will offer you to attend a future event, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
Why was my reservation declined?
It may be one of several reasons, most common is that we were unable to process your payment. Other reasons are if an event sold out, an event is canceled, or we had issues with your joining party request.
What if I want to cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel a reservation for any reason you may do so 48 hours in advance with no penalty by contacting rsvp@lapergolaseattle.com, however confirmed reservations are non-refundable. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to a fee of $25 per seat.
How far in advance am I able to reserve?
We list dates up to three months in advance.
How many seats can I reserve?
We allow up to 30 seats per request.
I have a group larger than 30 seats, how do I make that reservation?
Submit a reservation as normal, any following reservations there is an option to join a party, use the same name used for the original reservation. Reminder that reservations are on a first come first serve basis. Feel free to contact us ahead of time to see what dates we have available for groups larger than 30.
Are reservations limited?
Yes, we are limited to 105 seats for standard events. We are a first come first serve basis through reservations. We recommend to reserve in advance as shows tend to be sold out.
I submitted a reservation twice.
We review each reservation, if we notice a duplicate reservation we will only process your payment once. You may also contact us at rsvp@lapergolaseattle.com to let us know you submitted a duplicate request.
Are Minors allowed?
Yes, all ages under the age of 21 are welcome, however we don't recommend infants or toddlers due to the loud environment.
What if I made a mistake on my reservation?
Contact us immediately at rsvp@lapergolaseattle.com.
I didn't get an email for my reservation request.
Don't forget to check your spam folder or you may have entered the wrong email. if you did your information is safe, please contact rsvp@lapergolaseattle.com and ask if we got your reservation with the first and last name along with the date it was submitted. We can send you a confirmation email to the corrected email.
I haven't heard back about my reservation request?
We review each reservation before we confirm and process them, give us 24 hours before we reach out. If you do not hear from us please email rsvp@lapergolaseattle.com to look for your request.
What accommodations do you offer for individuals with disabilities?
We offer wheelchair access for our Downtown location, accessible through 1st and Western Ave elevators.
Can I ask to change my table?
We do our best for seating arrangements, we may be able to if you are able to arrive early.
I want to join a reservation someone else has made or can friends join my reservation?
We offer the option to enter the party you want to join, be sure to enter their first and last name used for their reservation.
Do I need to tip the performers?
You're not required, but we encourage you to if you really enjoy the show.
Do you offer $1 bill exchanges?
Yes, we will have $1 bills available to exchange if you want to tip the performers.
Is photography allowed?
Yes!
